Bee Gees Tribute Concert Set For February

By: Renee Grant

Marking 40 years since we first heard the soundtrack to Saturday Night Fever, CBS, The Recording Academy and AEG Ehrlich Ventures are presenting a live concert titled Stayin’ Alive: A GRAMMY® Salute To The Music Of The Bee Gees. The concert comes on February 14th, just two days after the broadcast of the 59th Annual GRAMMY® Awards.

Artists paying tribute to the amazing group will include Andra Day, Celine Dion, DNCE, Nick Jonas, John Legend, Keith Urban and more.

In addition, the incomparable Barry Gibb will take to the stage to perform hits from the soundtrack and take us back in time  to some of the most iconic songs of all time.

“The Bee Gees—Barry, Robin, and Maurice—were international musical icons who helped make ‘Saturday Night Fever’ an emblem of 1970s pop culture,” said Neil Portnow, President/CEO of The Recording Academy via press release. “With expert harmonies, undeniable groove and a personal charisma matching their on-stage persona, the iconic band of brothers defined not just a genre, but a generation. I’m looking forward to celebrating one of the most famous soundtracks ever produced and reliving ‘Saturday Night Fever,’ once again.”

The concert will take place at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, and be broadcast on the CBS Television Network later this year. To purchase tickets, starting at $25, visit
