NSYNC’s Lance Bass wants you to eat well, and he’d love to teach you how. The pop star enjoys healthy southern cooking and says he could totally host his own cooking show.

The singer has a new partnership with meal delivery service Chef’d, where he will offer five of his favorite recipes.

“I think there’s a big void in southern food right now — especially with a lot of these meal kits,” Bass tells “Since that is my specialty, I thought it’d be great to bring out some of my favorite meals that I learned from my grandmother and my mom and change the recipes slightly to be healthier.”

While he’s currently busy with two VH1 shows, ’90s House and Finding Prince Charming, he says, “my dream is to have my own cooking show. I would love to get to invite you into my kitchen and show you fun things that I love from the South.

“I also want to learn how to cook different types of food so having people learn with me would be a lot of fun.” Bass’ five recipes along with a cook-off video will debut on May 25th.
