A world-class art festival featuring over 250 artists and craftsmen from across the country and Canada is set to transform Harrisburg, PA this Memorial Day Weekend 2017.
Artsfest comes to Harrisburg Riverfront Park from Saturday, May 27th through Monday, May 29th, and brings together music, art, and food in an amazing way. Handcrafted works will be available for purchase spanning 16 categories including ceramics, furniture, jewelry, paintings and prints, clothing, and much more. The festival is free to all visitors.
Entertainment at Artsfest is in abundance, with local indie bands and school bands performing, as well as the Central PA Friends of Jazz. A FilmFest, BeerFest, and Kidsfest are also a part of the massive event. KidsFest will feature plays, a magic show, and plenty of kid-friendly vendors, while the FilmFest, now in it’s 19th year, celebrates independent movies and the filmmakers who create them.
