This week Teddy Thomas of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey and Jaimi Blackburn of Fearless Restaurants join Marilyn Russell’s Remarkable Women.

Teddy Thomas

Teddy Thomas is President of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey. She joins the program this week to share all the details on the upcoming third annual Ronald McDonald House 5K Run on  June 10 at the Riverwinds Community Center in Voorhees, New Jersey.

It’ll be a fun-filled day with hundreds of parents, children, runners and even some family pets to run and walk in support of the RMHSNJ. Ronald McDonald himself will even be a special guest at the event as he will walk with the kids!

Teddy’s personal story is pretty remarkable. She is one of the co-founders of the New Jersey Ronald McDonald House in Camden, New Jersey back in 1982.

Jaimi Blackburn

Jaimi Blackburn works with marketing and public relations for Fearless Restaurants. She joins this week’s Remarkable Women to talk about summer fun and dining out, as well as the brand new refurbished Moshulu Deck on the waterfront, featuring a new menu, new cocktails and a fun new option for summer time on the Delaware – if you can venture out of your Spruce Street Harbor hammock of course!

Moshulu was last week’s dinner deal and it is just one of the properties managed by Fearless Restaurants. They also handle White Dog and a few very cool spots in Long Beach Island, New Jersey.
