When it was announced in October of 2016 that Bob Dylan had been awarded the 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature, much ado was made about if Dylan would accept the prize, and if he would make his required speech to receive the full award.

After all the speculation and anticipation, Dylan’s speech has finally happened. Now that he’s fulfilled the requirements, Dylan stands to gain prize money totaling $922,000.

The required lecture speech was apparently recorded in LA on Sunday, June 4th, and can be seen below.
