In their first performance since the passing of founding member Glenn Frey, The Eagles played Classic West festival in Los Angeles on Sunday (July 16).

Frey’s son, Deacon Frey, filled in for his late father, playing guitar and singing lead on songs including Take It Easy and Peaceful Easy Feeling. Vince Gill also joined the band, taking the lead on Take It To The Limit, Tequila Sunrise, Lyin’ Eyes, and New Kid In Town.

Bob Seger even joined the band, performing Heartache Tonight.
