Katie Fuhrmeister of Horsham, Pa. described to Marilyn Russell and WOGL listeners this morning what it was like to be amidst the chaos in Las Vegas on Sunday night. Katie and her husband Bob traveled to Las Vegas for the Route 91 Harvest Festival and are grateful to be home.

When asked how this tragic event will affect her, she responded, “I’m not going to let one man ruin how we live our lives. I’m not going to do that. You got to just keep living and you got to keep making memories. It’s unfortunate that there are these select few people out there that just want to cause chaos and mayhem with everybody and it’s not fair to us and it’s not fair to my children, you know, to stop living our lives.”
