After an incredible opening week for Springsteen on Broadway, it seems the show will not be going anywhere anytime soon.
Before Bruce Springsteen‘s intimate show began its much-anticipated run, the original November close date had been extended into February. Now, Variety reports that the show may get a new extended closing date, so save up for those tickets now!
The show features a solo Springsteen performing low-key hits from throughout his legendary career, as well as stories taken from his 2016 memoir Born to Run.
Host to the Broadway smash, the Walter Kerr Theater, could now possibly bring performances into June 2018.
There is no word yet on when tickets to the extended dates will go on sale if, in fact, the run continues into next summer.
Just yesterday (October 18), Oprah Winfrey attended the show with her best friend Gayle King, as well as CBS producer Jon Sinclair and his wife Meredith Sinclair.
