Marilyn is really excited for the Philly Home Show, and it’s totally obvious during this week’s show!  To gear up for the annual event, she speaks with Tommi Mischell and Deb Foglia about all things home, designing, female, and remarkable!

Tommi Mischell is a designer wholly influenced by the ocean and her homeland, as she grew up along the Adriatic Coast in Croatia.  She is an Interior Designer, Space Planner and Art Consultant, having studied at the Moore College of Art and Design and mentored under an architectural firm.  Her line of furniture “Beautiful Dalmatia” is elegant and professional, and she is eager to help clients explore their own preferences and tastes by elevating their own ideas.  As if all THAT isn’t enough, she is also a singer/songwriter who was a pop star in Croatia!

Deb Foglia is an accidental DIY specialist who blogs at Seeking Lavender Lane.  She began blogging to document her family’s journey decorating the home they purchased in August of 2013.  Since then, it has grown to monumental proportions, and blogging has become a perfect fit for Deb.  At Seeking Lavender Lane, she discusses Design ideas, Unique DIY ideas, Seasonal Decorating, Tablescapes, Advice, How to’s and not to’s for the Home, and everything in between.
