February is American Heart Month so first on the show we meet Heart Survivor, Nina Stanley with the American Heart Association. Nina is a lovely young woman who has turned her experience into a positive way to help others. She is committed to encouraging heart survivors to keep advocating for themselves. Next we meet Jessica Floyd, who was recently  sworn in for her second term as Mayor of Woodbury. Under Mayor Floyd’s first two years of leadership, the City of Woodbury has made great strides to promote diversity and inclusivity. In addition to holding public office, Jessica has been teaching Special Education at the Black Horse Pike Regional School District for 14 years and is a Sunday School teacher at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Woodbury.
