Sharon Schwartz, the Director of Community Engagement For Jewish Family and Children's Services of Greater Philadelphia, talks about why maintaining self-care during the pandemic is so important. Their JFCS Wellness Fest is here to help. Wellness Week begins on October 16th and goes through October 23rd.

Sharla Feldscher, a teacher, author, and PR expert has published KIDFUN: 401 Easy Ideas for Play, Ages 2 to 8 Yes, timing is everything! With the pandemic, parents, grandparents, anyone who cares for young children may need it now, more than ever!
